Delphine Lavigne 

Has been a Zumba instructor of 5 years. She is passionate about movement and it plays a vital role in her everyday life for wellbeing and helping to keep a healthy mind and body

Delphine will guide you to reconnect with your body by feeling your way through movement, to fully embrace yourself, perfectly as you are.

Liam Oragh

Is an experienced Sound Therapist/Sound Healer, Retreat Leader and award-winning Singer-Songwriter and Recording Artist who has developed a deep passion for Sound Healing.

Liam will transport you to the heart of a vibrant soundscape where body, mind and soul can relax, rejoice and heal

Such a humble person, but so talented as he weave all the healing frequencies from his sacred instruments (especially the gongs) into a beautiful soundbath. Dearbhla Grall Dearbhla is a specialist in teaching meridian based yoga therapy. I am pioneering wellness, using yoga to create a unique, positive and accessible toolkit for every day.

Dearbhla will teach you yoga therapy exercises specifically for the back of the body. Focussing on working the meridian lines and organs of the bladder and kidneys. These exercises aim to release stress and anxiety, build back strength, leaving you strong, empowered and peaceful.

"Dearbhla creates a welcoming, relaxing and fun environment to learn and develop your Yoga skills. I started Yoga with the hope of it helping me reduce stress in work and everyday life, however it helped me a great deal more than I hoped.
