Your Safety is our utmost priority, and we are committed to ensuring we do everything we can to keep our clients safe and well. That's why we are outlining here what we can do to support you during this challenging time, while maintaining government regulations.

In Schools:

1. There is a reduced number of schools/classes per term that I will be visiting, so as to limit my interactions with groups. I will keep a record of the dates, times and schools visited for contact tracing purposes.

2. No mats will be available. There is a possibility of small place holder mats (for the younger classes) These can be sanitised between classes and washed between schools.

3. I will be wearing a face mask and will stay on my own mat. 

4.  There will be no handouts or props used in classes (unless they can be washed afterwards, however will not be used between different classes)

5.  There will be appropriate time intervals in between class groups for handwashing, sanitising. This will also ensure that class groups will not mix at the start/end of class. 

6. Where possible a school hall or outdoor classes will be used, so as to provide appropriate social distancing. 

I understand that every school is different, and I will work with you to ensure that the right standards and protocols are maintained for your school.  

 Adult Classes: 

1. There is a reduced number of classes each week. These will be a blended learning, using both face to face classes and online classes. There is a maximum of 2 people allowed in the venue/class to ensure appropriate social distancing. 

2. You will need to bring your own mat/equipment

3. All face to face students and instructor will be required to wear a mask for the duration of class.

4. I will stay on own mat. Any posture/alignment corrections will be verbal, rather than hands on.

5. There will be appropriate time intervals in between class groups for handwashing, sanitising. This will also ensure that class groups will not mix at the start/end of class.

6. Hand sanitiser will be available for use before and after classes. Any doors/windows will be opened by the instructor only. 

7. I will sign you into class for contact tracing purposes only.
